A clean studio desk with a laptop and notebook — a focused web design build in progress

A web design practice, not a template.

14Flow is a web design agency for small operators — the freelancer, the maker, the small business that needs a real site without an agency-sized invoice. One page, ten pages, or a full Shopify store. Always custom. Never templated.

Most projects fall into one of three shapes: a focused one-pager, a multi-page architecture, or a Shopify store. The first is fast. The second scales. The third is the quiet specialty — custom builds, theme redesigns, and migrations from WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Etsy and BigCommerce.

Based in Oklahoma City. Local clients meet in person; remote clients work over video and email.

Migrate to Shopify

Move your store onto Shopify without breaking the catalogue or the search rankings. Products, customers, orders and content brought across with care — and a 301-redirect plan so your existing traffic keeps landing where it should.

  • Etsy / BigCommerce

— 03 · Migrations

Move your store onto Shopify.

Most shops that come to 14Flow are leaving somewhere else — a platform that's slow, an Etsy account that capped what was possible, a Wix or Squarespace site that turned out not to be built for selling. The migrations are careful, the catalogue is preserved, and the SEO doesn't get sacrificed in the move.

WooCommerce Shopify

From a self-hosted WordPress store to a Shopify storefront — products, customers, orders, and a 301-redirect map for every product URL.

Wix Shopify

Out of Wix and onto a platform built for selling. Catalogue, content and design system rebuilt cleanly on Shopify.

Squarespace Shopify

Squarespace Commerce stores migrated to Shopify, with the storefront design preserved or refreshed.

Etsy Shopify

An Etsy shop graduates to a Shopify store of its own — your brand, your customer list, no per-listing fees.

BigCommerce Shopify

BigCommerce stores migrated to Shopify, with products, collections, and customer data brought across.

— 04 · FAQ

Shopify, asked & answered.

How much does a Shopify store cost?
Every Shopify project at 14Flow is scoped to the work, not run from a price sheet. A small store with a focused catalogue costs less than a large redesign with a full migration. We give a written, honest quote after a short scoping call — no decks, no upsell.
How long does a Shopify build take?
Most Shopify builds at 14Flow run between three and six weeks. New stores trend shorter; redesigns and migrations trend longer because there's existing content to preserve. We'll quote a real timeline as part of the scope.
What's included in a Shopify build?
Design, development, theme setup, product import, payment and shipping configuration, basic SEO setup, pre-launch testing on real devices, Shopify admin training, and a walkthrough video. Anything outside that scope is named clearly in the proposal.
Can you migrate my WooCommerce store to Shopify?
Yes. WooCommerce to Shopify is one of the most common migrations 14Flow handles. Products, customers, orders and content are brought across, and we build a 301-redirect map so your existing search traffic continues to land on the right pages.
Will I lose my SEO when migrating to Shopify?
Not if the migration is planned. The biggest SEO risk in a Shopify migration is unredirected URLs. 14Flow maps every existing product, collection and content URL to its Shopify equivalent, sets up the 301 redirects, and preserves on-page content — so the rankings you've earned stay yours.
Do you work with Oklahoma City businesses?
Yes. 14Flow is based in Oklahoma City and works with local brands, makers and small businesses across Oklahoma — as well as remote clients across the US. Local clients can meet in person; remote clients work over video and email.
Do I own my Shopify store after handoff?
Always. The Shopify store is registered in your name, on your billing, with you as the admin. 14Flow hands off full ownership at the end of the project — there is no agency lock-in, no monthly fee to keep the site running.
Can you configure Shopify apps?
Yes. Email (Klaviyo, Shopify Email), reviews, subscriptions, shipping, inventory, accounting — we evaluate what your store actually needs, install only those, and configure them carefully. Most shops need fewer apps than they think.
Can you customize a Shopify theme I already bought?
Yes. If you've bought a theme from the Shopify Theme Store and want it tailored to your brand, 14Flow can customize the theme, rework sections, refine the typography, and turn the launch theme into a store that actually feels like yours.
Do you handle product photography or content writing?
Photography is sourced separately — 14Flow can recommend Oklahoma City photographers if you need one. Product copy and content writing can be included in scope if you'd like a hand; otherwise we configure the store around the content you bring.
What if I need ongoing help after launch?
An optional monthly retainer is available — never expected, never required. Most clients leave fully equipped to run the store themselves; some prefer to keep 14Flow on call for changes, campaigns and new sections.
Do you build on Shopify Plus?
Yes, when the work calls for it. Most small businesses don't need Shopify Plus, and 14Flow will say so clearly. For high-volume stores, multi-region setups, or businesses outgrowing standard Shopify, we can scope and build on Plus.
