What can Claude actually do for my work?
Most of the wins are quiet: drafting email replies in your tone, summarizing meetings, writing first drafts of content, structured data extraction from invoices or forms, intelligent customer-service answers, and any task you find yourself doing the same way every week. 14Flow looks at one real task you already do and configures Claude to do it the way you already do it.
Do I need to be technical to use what you build?
No. Everything 14Flow builds is designed to be used by the business owner, not a developer. Workflows run in tools you already use — Claude.ai, your email, your existing software — with documentation written in plain English.
Is my data safe? Where does it live?
Claude conversations on the Anthropic API are not used to train models by default, and Anthropic does not store inputs or outputs beyond what's required to provide the service. For business-sensitive workflows we configure Claude with that in mind — and we'll walk you through where every piece of data lives during the build.
Do you set me up with an Anthropic account, or use yours?
Your own. You own the Anthropic account, the API keys, and the billing relationship — 14Flow configures Claude on your account so there's no agency lock-in. You can change anything, pause, or move on at any time.
What's the difference between Claude and ChatGPT?
They are both large language models built for different priorities. 14Flow builds around Claude specifically because of how Claude handles long instructions, nuanced tone, and careful reasoning — three things that matter when you are configuring AI for one person's real work. If a different model is genuinely better for a specific task, we'll say so.
What if Claude gives a wrong answer?
AI is a tool, not an oracle. Every workflow 14Flow builds has clear guardrails, a human-review checkpoint where it matters, and documentation on how to spot a bad output. The point is to save you time on the routine — not to remove your judgement from the work that needs it.
Can you make Claude sound like me?
Yes. Voice training is a meaningful part of what 14Flow does — we use your real past writing, your typical phrasing, your tone, and your edge cases to configure Claude so the output reads like you wrote it. The first drafts are usually close; the iteration after is what gets it right.
What if I want to change or expand it later?
Everything 14Flow builds is documented and editable by you. Prompts live in plain text in a prompt library you keep. If you want to expand later — new workflow, new use case — we can add to it on retainer or do another short engagement. Most clients run their AI setup themselves after handoff.
Do you work with Oklahoma City businesses?
Yes. 14Flow is based in Oklahoma City and works with local freelancers, makers and small businesses across Oklahoma — as well as remote clients across the US. Local clients can meet in person; remote clients work over video and email.
